Using SC with Rithmic Account & Rithmic Data
IMPORTANT
If you do not have at least service package 10 you cannot connect to rithmic.
Service package 10 is standard.
Service package 11 is the same as 10, but has footprint and TPO charts.
Steps to login
- Visit data/trade settings in Sierra Chart
- Choose correct brokerage/trade service provider
- Chose correct server from list
- Enter username and password
- Click apply all
Choosing the correct server and using the RITHMIC username and password are the most important steps. Try multiple Rithmic servers. For example, some prop firms use "Rithmic Paper Trading" server for their evaluations, but then something entirely different from their PA or funded accounts.
