For problems with Rithmic Logins...

1. Be sure you have signed data agreements in r trader pro.
2. Be sure you have the correct rithmic server selected. Try multiple different servers. Every prop firm is different and sometimes servers are different from evaluation and funded accounts.

For Denali Data Users...

1. In the common settings tab, make sure "Allow support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to YES.
2. If using a rithmic connection, only enter trading username and password. You DO NOT need to enter the details for market data or historical data since you are getting data from Denali.

Below are some examples of what the correct service provider login details should look like. It is important to note that the username/password combos are NOT your Sierra Chart login credentials. The login information is from the trading service provider.
